King's Blogging Opinion

A blog where I voice my opinion about the US and occasionally international drama. Some of my views may come as controversial, but I wouldn't be worthy of owning them if I wasn't able to voice them.

Trump’s Epstein Dilemma

There is a lot of controversy surrounding Trump’s administration and the releasing of the Epstein files, a list of political figures involved in the horrid crime of Pedophilia. While it is understandable that a majority of conservatives are outraged that Trump failed to deliver his promise of revealing the Epstein files, it is my honest and unbiased opinion that it is not warranted. Say what you want about me, but I want to live by innocent until proven guilty rather than the vice versa. Allow me to explain my viewpoint.

A similar situation happened earlier this year, back in mid spring when Trump and Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, had an episode in which the two argued over the direction the administration is going. Everyone on the right were concerned, not wanting the constant success to end there and then. It wasn’t until it reached its climax when Musk posted on X saying Trump is in the Epstein files. Afterwards, after a reprimand from Trump, Musk deleted the post after the damage has been done. Everyone, even the far left who hate Trump, demanded the release of the Epstein files. A few days later, Trump and Musk come out saying the drama was staged to get the public consent of the democratic party on releasing the files. Now the only people who don’t want the files released are the democratic politicians in power. Or so we thought…

In present day, during a cabinet meeting, a reporter asked Trump about the files to which Trump blew off, saying that he has other things to worry about. This sparked outrage within the MAGA movement, spreading rumors and discord. Even Conservative talk shows have started to call out the President on this absurd stance on his broken promise. I have looked through the comments and talk shows thoroughly and they all are saying the same thing: Laws are made for people, not the government.

While it is not right to dismiss their worry when things look bleak, I believe that they are wrong to immediately turn against him. Just like the similar dramatic situation back in mid spring, I believe that Trump and Elon are planning something, what that may be is beyond my knowledge, but I will give Trump the benefit of the doubt that he has something planned, we all just have to be patient. Yes, it’s hard to trust the government, but it’s even harder to win someone’s trust when you only give them a day to complete challenging tasks. Releasing something that has the potential to cause a total collapse of the government and send the states into chaos requires careful planning and execution. I believe that Trump has the file at the ready to release but is building a case to protect himself and his administration. It is most likely that if Trump had released the Epstein files, day one, like he said, the democrats would be able to take the utter shock the people will experience and use it against Trump, which would’ve sparked events that they could easily manipulate. Trump promised to be as open of a government as he can, and it is hard to open up with people who are ready to eat you alive if they think you are unfit to lead them.

I know this sounds like an excuse for Trump not releasing the files, and know that I’m in no way, shape or form, that I am advocating the atrocity that Epstein orchestrated. Sometimes, the required reaction is to be still and wait, and the answer will come. Yes, it’s hard to wait when evil is roaming free, especially an evil like Pedophilia, but all will be revealed, whether Jesus returns and set things straight, or Trump comes out and tells everyone what’s going on. Choose what you want to do, but I will be patient and see what Trump has in store and reserve. I have waited four years under a laughingstock for a president and the constant threat of WWIII and the constant flow of illegal aliens invading our country, I can wait a week or two more. Can you?
